By purchasing and using WP Insights Pro, you agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions
- “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to WP Insight Pro.
- “Plugin” refers to the WP Insights Pro software product.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing a license.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin. The scope of this license (e.g., the number of sites) is determined by your purchased plan.
You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Plugin or your license key.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Plugin.
- Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.
All intellectual property rights in the Plugin remain the property of WP Insights Pro.
3. Plugin Updates
With an active license, you are entitled to receive updates, which may include new features, bug fixes, and security enhancements. Updates are not provided after a license expires or is terminated.
4. Support
We provide support to customers with an active license. Support is offered via our contact form and limited to issues directly related to the Plugin’s functionality. While we aim to respond promptly, we do not guarantee a response time or resolution outcome.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments: All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal via Freemius).
License Renewals: Annual licenses will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You will receive an email notification before your renewal is processed.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new purchases under the following conditions:
- You are eligible for a full refund if you experience a technical issue or bug with the plugin that makes it unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve this issue for you within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refund requests must be submitted via our support contact form within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- We reserve the right to verify the technical issue before issuing a refund.
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
- You have changed your mind.
- The plugin is missing a feature that was not advertised.
- You have purchased a license renewal or upgrade.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Plugin is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with all WordPress versions, themes, or third-party plugins.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent license term.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms (e.g., piracy, unauthorized distribution). Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ceases immediately.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WP Insights Pro regarding WP Insights Pro plugin, and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes, and your continued use of the plugin after such changes will constitute your consent to them.
